Why Me

I've Been in the Room. I've Carried the Weight.

I've spent twenty years coaching leaders, building teams, and designing leadership development programs inside organizations across industries and stages of growth. I built and led my own organization in Portland for two decades, so I understand what it actually means to make payroll, navigate staff dynamics, and carry the weight of decisions that have real consequences. That wasn't theory. That was Tuesday.

Along the way, I earned an MBA in Disruptive Business and a Master's in Leadership Studies because I wanted the academic framework to match the field experience. I hold advanced certifications in behavioral science and human development. I'm a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. And I wrote a book called Leadershit because I believe unhealthy leadership patterns deserve to be named plainly.

All of it taught me the same thing: organizations rise and fall on the quality of the people leading them. AI doesn't change that. It raises the stakes.
